Multiple abandoned vehicles in our parking lot and I’m looking to see if I can track down owners/determine if stolen.
Got a 4Runner, a Monte Carlo SS (last gen) and a civic hatch. Texas, if that matters.

To determine if stolen I believe you can just call up your local police precinct and they can point you in the right direction.
Do you guys have a towing policy? Can the tow company just tow the cars and be responsible for them afterward?

Trucking company. Driver’s will leave vehicles behind if it’s not worth it to come get them.
